Pretty oh my god, lucky girl you saw a special screening of MAMMA MIA...I am dying to see that movie right now, I have to wait until september ! I am a huge fan of Meryl Streep and of what I saw on the net, she is great in the movie...But I will tell you something: I also pictured Judith in that role and she would have done it great also. Different but great. To me Judith is as talented as Meryl. They have lots of things in common.
They are two New Jersey girls ! But as Judith was on TV, It closed her the doors to movie industry....Too bad.

Lucky you! You saw Mamma Mia!! Can't wait to see that movie! I checked the cinema schedule, and it will be released only on september, the 4th here... Gosh it takes so long! When i saw the trailer, i also pictured Judith in Meryl's role. She would be so great! Meryl looks just amazing... the singing, the dancing... just can't wait to see it!!

Mery Streep is a great actress in my book too but of course Judith is my favorite. You will be asounded--- the role is nothing like Meryll Streep's usual characters. She sang well and danced well too. I think they used the original voices of the actors, no ghost singers. They just adjusted the pitch of the songs so that everyone can sing the song.
I can't believe Mamma Mia isn't shown in Florida yet, I thought US was always ahead. The Dark Knight (batman) is also currently showing here too. But of course I watched Mamma Mia first.


Well, maybe some day Judith can do this show in Broadway New York. After all, Mamma Mia is originally made for the stage. Then we'll make it our date to watch her.

I think you're right Stellou, 8 years is such a long time to say "I love you" it's so not feasible. I mean maybe if you don't see each other or if you got separated for a long time but if you see each other everyday and you don't say "I love you" it's just not believable. You could at least maybe leave love letters to say "I love you". hehehehe

I know you are referring to Tony and Angela--taking 8 years to say "I love you".
